I am pleased to see that even the usually sensational American court is refusing to micro manage parenting arrangements between celebrities Madonna and Guy Ritchie. Seeking to commit your teenage sons father to prison is not the most constructive approach to repairing a relationship with your child. We all have to face difficult times with our children and as parents it is important to have the maturity to listen and adapt. All too frequently family lawyers and judges see parents simply blame the other. Parenting is hard work and if you do it well can be heart breaking.
