About Me

What’s your role? I assist parties in resolving disputes and conflicts on the breakdown of their relationship in a constructive and dignified way. It is important to me that my clients feel their separation or divorce is handled in a pragmatic and sympathetic manner whilst maintaining a commercial approach that ensures financial needs are met. What are your specialisms? Divorce, Separation, Children disputes, Removal from jurisdiction, Cohabitation disputes, Pre nuptial agreements, Armed Forces and Uniformed Service pensions, NATS employees, Collaborative family law, Family Mediation. Your experience I recognise people are coming to me at a time of distress. Each time I speak to my client they could be experiencing a different range of emotions. My experience enables me to understand my client’s emotions, to know when they can make decisions and when they can’t. I am keen to understand what is important to my clients and what makes the difference to their lives which assists me in helping them to find the right solution for them.
